Encourage the innovation of cosmetic raw materials, build a market demand-oriented collaborative innovation system for raw materials, and deepen the reform of the review and approval system. We will promote the high-quality development of industries.

In terms of establishment years, 57% of existing cosmetics related enterprises in China were established in the past three years; In terms of industry distribution, China's cosmetics related enterprises are concentrated in wholesale and retail, accounting for nearly 80%.
