“Italian Beauty Manufacturer Ancorotti Group Acquires Cosmoproject”

Recently, Italian cosmetics manufacturer Ancorotti Group announced the acquisition of Cosmoproject, a family-run beauty supplier specializing in skincare and foundation.
The completion of this transaction will enhance Ancorotti Group's manufacturing capabilities in the field of skincare and help the group achieve an estimated revenue of over 220 million euros (approximately 1.681 billion yuan) by 2025, employing more than 800 staff members.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2025, with the specific amount undisclosed.
Public information shows that Ancorotti Group was founded in 2009 by Renato Ancorotti and his daughter Enrica. Initially focused on the production of high-tech mascara.
Media reports indicate that about 20% of the world's mascara products in 2018 were produced by Ancorotti Group.
Ancorotti's business quickly expanded into developing other cosmetics and skincare products for international beauty brands.
Thanks to continuous innovation and investment, Ancorotti Group also achieved rapid growth.
It is reported that the group's sales were 42 million euros in 2015, and by 2019, Ancorotti Group's sales reached 105 million euros.
